Ethical Leadership Safari in Kenya
01Overview
A six-day immersive field experience placing leaders at the direct interface of Kenyan enterprise, governance and community. Beyond boardrooms and reports, participants live the systems they seek to transform — meeting cooperatives, fintech founders, county officials and grassroots verification communities. Every visit is framed by the Made-in-Africa Evaluation (MAE) lens, so leaders leave with verifiable, contextual insight rather than performative observation.
02Purpose
Give leaders direct, verifiable exposure to accountability in action — turning field observation into a governance action plan.
03Strategic Context
Capital prices Kenya on perception. This Observer journey shows how verifiable governance re-prices risk, using Kenya’s digital-governance reforms and County institutions as a live laboratory.
04Expected Outcomes
- A personal governance action plan grounded in field evidence.
