A seven-day co-architecture practicum for institutional partners, DFIs and sovereign capital deployers. Practitioners co-design a certified deal structure with Rwandan counterparts — applying the APA mandate suite (veto rights, kinship equity, 10-year dashboards) to a live investment thesis. Outputs are working instruments, not memos.

Day 1 — Arrival & Practicum Framing
Meals: DArrival in Kigali, practicum framing, welcome dinner with RDB and local partners.
Day 2 — Investment Thesis & Diligence
Working sessions on the live thesis; DFI diligence mapping to APA evidence.
Day 3 — Mandate Architecture
Co-drafting veto rights, parity committees and kinship equity instruments with counsel.
Day 4 — Community Co-Ownership Interface
Field interface with the community cohort; CVP activation design.
Day 5 — Dashboard & σ-Suppression Design
Design the 10-year systems-change dashboard and leakage-coefficient suppression plan.
Day 6 — Deal Structure Finalization
Finalize the co-architected deal structure; counsel review; investor readiness.
Day 7 — Presentation & Departure
Meals: BPresent co-architected instruments to the joint committee; certificate; departure.
